By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal), you are agreeing to the terms highlighted in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in my terms that you would like to discuss, please do not be afraid to let me know immediately! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read my TOS in COMPLETE detail before commissioning. Thank you!

REVISIONS

•Only 3 "small" revisions allowed

•Price of a ''big'' revision / if you request i completely remake the design = 1/3 of the total price

i suggest having a clear idea of what you want before commissioning so everything is easier for both parties smile

DOs AND DON'Ts

do's: OCs, idols, selfies, anything that's not below

don'ts: furries, dragons, mecha, NSFW

I have the right to reject your request without further explanation.

PRICES AND REFUNDS

•Payment is done through PayPal.

•Prices are in EUR and are final.

•Payment must be paid at least 50% in advance

•After my first WIP is approved refunds are NOT available anymore.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

•Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way) outside of Twitch/Youtube is prohibited

.•Commissioners may use and edit the commissioned image however they wish, unless it violates the previously stated rule.

•I have the right to use the commissioned image for my own benefit.
